What happens after Your Brand Diagnosis™?
Your Brand Diagnosis™ is designed to give you clarity on what’s working, what’s not, and where the real opportunity is. From there, if it makes sense to continue, we move into a more comprehensive engagement focused on building or refining your brand at a deeper level. That can include positioning, messaging, visual identity, brand assets, as well as creating a simple system to make your brand easy to use each day. There’s no pressure to continue. But if you do, you’ll have a clear, strategic path forward rather than starting from scratch.

Do I have to commit to a full project upfront?
Not at all. Your Brand Diagnosis™ is intentionally a standalone starting point. It allows you to get expert insight and direction before deciding on a larger investment. Some clients take what they learn and implement internally, while others choose to continue working together. If we do move forward, the next phase is always clearly scoped so you know exactly what you’re committing to.

What does a typical engagement look like?
While every project is tailored, most engagements follow a thoughtful progression:
  • Clarity: Understanding what's not working and why
  • Strategy: Defining how your brand should show up and communicate
  • Expression: Translating that into messaging and/or visual identity
  • System: Turning your brand into a practical, easy-to-use toolkit for everyday operations

That system might include:
  • Clear messaging you can reuse across your website, emails, and sales conversations
  • Simple guidelines that make decisions (what to say, how to show up) faster and easier
  • Templates or starting points for common needs so you’re not reinventing the wheel
  • Everything organized and easy to find
  • A shared understanding - whether it’s just you or a small team - so everything feels consistent without constant second-guessing
  • From there, some clients choose to continue with Ongoing Stewardship: Support, refinement, and guidance as the brand evolves over time

Not every client needs every phase, but the work is always grounded in strategy first, so what we create is cohesive and is something you can actually use day to day.

What kind of investment should I expect?
After Your Brand Diagnosis™, subsequent phases are scoped and priced separately. Individual phases can range from $2K to $5K each. Because of the diagnosis process, we only tackle what your business needs, and the fee for Your Brand Diagnosis™ is applied to your next phase in full.
How do I know if I’m ready for the next phase?
You’re likely ready if:
  • You have a solid business but your brand isn’t reflecting its value
  • You’re feeling unclear or inconsistent in how you communicate
  • Your brand assets are hard to find, use and make "look right" day to day
  • You’re preparing for growth, a launch, or a shift in direction

If you’re not quite there yet, Your Brand Diagnosis™ will make that clear too, and it will give you direction on what to focus on next.

Can I book just one part of the process?
Yes - That's why Your Brand Diagnosis™ is so helpful. Once we understand what your brand needs, you are free to do whatever you'd like with the findings and recommendations. However, depending on what we uncover, there will likely be a prescribed order of what to tackle first, second, and so on. Often times one fix builds on another. It would not make sense to jump ahead and skip over recommended parts of the process. That said, it's possible to book just the next part of the process if desired. Again, some clients ONLY book their Brand Diagnosis™ and then they implement their own fixes. Everything I've set up is designed to serve your needs without boxing you in.
